Best Veterinary Solutions was incorporated in the state of Minnesota in 2002, when Randy Olsen of St. Cloud, MN, and Wes Thoreson of Ellsworth, IA purchased a company called Brinton Vet Supply founded by the Gene Brinton family of Willmar, MN. During Gene’s 28 years of service he was awarded a patent on the product Manage®, a supplemental nutrition and water acidifier widely used in the poultry industry today.

Randy and Wes both have farm backgrounds in turkey production and over 60 years combined experience in the animal health business. Randy was sales manager for Poultry Health Products, Northwest Supply Co., and Brinton Veterinary Supply and Wes had over a 25 year relationship with I. D. Russell Co.

Mary Aalderks Willmar, MN Liquid Manufacturing

In 2003, BVS moved to a new distributing center at 325 Lakeland Dr NE in Willmar, Minnesota, and in 2004, completed a new corporate office building and distribution center at 1716 Detroit St in Ellsworth, Iowa. By the fall of 2008, BVS hopes to move into a new distribution center in Washington, Indiana, along the new interstate 69 corridor.

Cid Lines is ISO 9001 certified and today exports to over 70 countries on 5 continents. BVS Cid Lines USA distributes Cid Lines’ products from 9 locations in the United States.
