Marcella Burkheimer

As Human Resources Manager, Marcella is responsible for performing duties in areas such as benefits administration, record keeping and compliance, training, performance management, and policy development/implementation. She brings over 21 year of human resources experience from the C-store, retail, manufacturing and distribution industries. 

Marcella holds a bachelor’s degree in General Business with a concentration in Human Resources Management from William Penn University. She also holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification and a SHRM-CP (Certified Professional) designation through the National Society of Human Resource Management and is an active member of National SHRM and the Cyclone Chapter of SHRM in Ames, Iowa.
