NEPOREX contains cyromazine, a chemical which attacks fly larvae and prevents them from shedding their skins. Since this is an essential part of larval development, NEPOREX prevents fly larvae turning into flies. Cyromazine belongs to a different chemical group than traditional adulticide fly control products, and is therefore capable of killing flies which are resistant to such treatments.
